Short Travel from Home to Moti Chauk Satara
Today, I felt like doing a bit of shopping, so my mother and I decided to go to Moti Chauk. There's a road there called Khanali, and that's where we were headed for shopping.
We left from home - it's only about 15 minutes away on foot, so we decided to walk.
While walking, we reached Rajwada and had a lokk at the stalls near the chaupati. Both of us were feeling quite hungry by then, so we went ther ad ate my favorite - Kacchi Dabeli - and also had mango juice. After eating to our heart's content, we moved ahead.
As we continued walking, we passed bu several vegetable vendors. We also had to buy vegetables, so we took our time looking around and bought what we needed.
Finally, we reached Moti Chauk and then headed into Khanali. While exploring the stalls, we were thinking about what to buy and what no to. As we were browsing, I found a beautiful pair of earnings I really liked, so I bought them. My mom also did some shopping. A little ahead, I saw a lovely collection of Kurti sets. The best thing that there was a sale going on! So I picked up three kurti sets at a great price. After that, my mom bought a few kitchen items too.
After we were done, we spotted a Barfacha Gola Stall, It's favorite for both me and my mom, so we couldn't resist and enjoyed one together. A bit ahead, we saw a Ganapati Bappa temple. We went there, took darshan, and then started heading back home.
This may have been a short trip, but shopping with my mom is always a special experience. Doing it all with her choices and company made it a truly memorable moment for me.
